Justin R. Gaffney is a Partner at Gaffney & Gaffney PC. Nominated as Real Estate Super Lawyer in 2019 and 2021. A graduate of Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. 2003 he obtained a law degree from New England Law, Boston in Boston Massachusetts Currently members of the ISBA, DCBA, and KCBA, sitting on many section counsels including the Real Estate Board. Our firm's primary focus and passion is Real Estate Law. We believe buying/selling a home is the largest transaction in most people's lives and the right attorney is critical. With 35+ years of experience in the firm and foundations deeply rooted in Federal Court litigation we are uniquely positioned to first advance the client's legal needs to successfully close the deal but if necessary zealously advocate any legal claims that may arise during a transaction. Justin Gaffney is the resident legal expert at the firm closing hundreds of real estate transactions throughout his long career in all areas including Buying, Selling, Investing, Short-Sales, Foreclosures, Commercial sales, multi-family, land deals, development projects, etc. Justin Gaffney's other passion is Community. Beginning 2005 he has been Board President for the Westlake Country Fours HOA (248 units); Beginning 2010 he has been Director at Bloomingdale Baseball, and in 2016 appointed by Mayor Franco the Liquor Commissioner for Bloomingdale. Emphasis on Community is a core tenant of our firm's practice and representation.
